Job Title: Team Leader
Location: Doha, Qatar
Reports To: Franchise Owner
Role Summary:
The Team Leader will oversee the daily operations of The Orenda Tribe store in Doha, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and seamless execution of art activities, workshops, retail operations, and food & beverage services. This proactive role requires managing a team, organizing events, and maintaining operational excellence in alignment with The Orenda Tribe's mission and standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations:
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and functionality.
- Coordinate walk-in art activities, art workshops, retail services, and food & beverage offerings.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for art supplies, retail products, and F&B items.
2. Team Management:
- Lead and supervise the store team to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Train, mentor, and schedule junior staff members.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, performance, and opportunities for improvement.
3. Customer Experience:
- Create a welcoming and engaging environment for customers.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance satisfaction.
4. Workshop Facilitation:
- Plan and deliver art workshops for various age groups and skill levels.
- Ensure workshops are conducted creatively, reflecting The Orenda Tribe’s vision and values.
5. Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational reports to the Franchise Owner.
- Facilitate effective communication between team members and management.
Qualifications and Skills
1. Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in arts, education, business management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail management, hospitality, or art workshop facilitation.
2. Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in planning and conducting art workshops.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
3. Preferred:
- Experience in a creative or art-focused environment.
- Knowledge of food & beverage operations.
Employment Details:
- Contract Period: 2 years
- Probation Period: 6 months (service will be confirmed based on successful completion of the probation period).
- Duty Hours: 9 hours per day / 1 day off per week
- Overtime: Applicable if required by management
- Basic Salary: 5,000 QAR per month
- Leisure Allowance: 800 QAR per month
- Accommodation: Provided free of charge
- Transportation: 1,200 QAR per month
- Annual Leave: 21 days of paid leave per year + holidays as per Qatar Labor Law
- Air Ticket: One economy ticket to the home country upon completion of 24 months of continuous service.
- Medical: Ministry Hospital Health Card will be provided.
- Gratuity: As per Qatar Labor Law
Termination:
- The company reserves the right to terminate the contract during the probation period with a 3-day advance notice.
- Post-probation, either party may terminate the contract with a one-month notice.
