We painted a big mural and the message behind the artwork is unity in diversity, which goes back to one of our missions of breaking barriers through art. People from all across Jordan and from all ages participated in this project. We had an amazing experience getting to know the people of the area, meeting lots of volunteers and uplifting the spirit of the neighborhood through art and color.
15 students from Georgetown University and 15 residents of Gaza Refugee Camp took part in an art workshop and opened dialogue though art in Gaza Camp on the topic of peace and conflict.
The goal of this project is to address the topic of bullying and create a bully free environment for the students of a public school in Jordan. The project involved storytelling, art workshops and space beautification for more than 1,000 students.
